Scarlett Johansson made her debut on Broadway, as Catherine Carbone in the drama A View from the Bridge, written by Arthur Miller and directed by Gregory Mosher. Liev Schreiber played opposite her.[98] On May 4, 2010, Scarlett Johansson was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Play for her role in the play.

Hilary Duff began dating Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden in 2004. The same year, Duff's parents separated after 22 years of marriage, due to infidelity on the part of her father.
